Local salesmen gets national recognition
Administaff Inc., a Kingwood, Texas-based provider of human resources services for small- and medium-sized businesses, recently named Eddie DeOchoa from its Glendale sales office as the 2006 top volume-producing sales consultant.
DeOchoa, who is one of approximately 245 Administaff sales consultants, brought on the most work-site employees in 2006, the company announced on Monday.
This is the fourth consecutive year DeOchoa has earned the top volume recognition and the ninth year of employment with the company.
Firm scoops up Florida property
American Realty Advisors, a Glendale-based real estate investment advisor, announced on Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Kendall Mall, a Class A shopping center located outside Miami.
Anchored by JCPenney Home Store and Staples, the property is fully leased to a roster of national tenants including CVS, Subway, Blockbuster, Starbucks and Bally Total Fitness and also encompasses a detached parcel leased to Bank of America.
The acquisition was completed on behalf of one of the firm’s commingled funds and marks American Realty Advisors’ fourth retail investment in Florida, the group said in a statement.
