Summer sports scheduled needed

Summer passing leagues, summer basketball and volleyball and everything else is needed and wanted.

Glendale High Golf Tournament set

The Glendale High School Golf Tournament will take place at 1 p.m. June 21 at Angeles National Golf Club, 9401 Foothill Blvd., Sunland.

Lunch and range balls will be provided from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. with a four-man scramble set to begin at 1 p.m.

The cost is $150 per person with the proceeds going to Glendale High school athletics.

Annual Falcon Cheer Camp set for June

The ninth annual Falcon Cheer Camp will run from 9 a.m. to noon June 25-29 at Crescenta Valley High’s gymnasium, 2900 Community Drive, La Crescenta.

The camp is geared for children ages 5-14.

Cheer, dance, song and flag skills will be taught. All campers will receive T-shirts, team pictures, trophies and more.

Crescenta Valley High boys’ basketball Coach Shawn Zargarian will conduct a basketball camp from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 23-27 at Crescenta Valley High, 2900 Community Drive, La Crescenta.

The cost is $220 per person.
