Montrose-Verdugo Chamber of Commerce:Business Expo Coming Up; Plan on Attending the Mixer

Join us at the August mixer which is being hosted by Oceanview Investments Group located at 3525 Oceanview Blvd. in the Montrose area on Wednesday, Aug. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Come enjoy the socializing and networking, plus there are lots of prizes along with food and refreshments. Members pay just $5; non-members pay $7.

Then, mark your calendars for the 7th Annual Foothills Community Business Expo on Wednesday, Sept. 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Verdugo Hills Hospital 4th Floor Council Room.

The event is free to the public and affords everyone the opportunity to find out about the businesses and services that are right in their own backyard.

It is a fun evening with music, food and refreshments for all who attend. Don’t miss this one!

Also in September on Saturday the 15th is the third Art Walk and Sale of 2007. Fine artists will be exhibiting, demonstrating and selling their work along the south side of the 2300 and 2400 blocks of Honolulu Avenue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is a great time to enjoy the tree-lined street of the Montrose Shopping Park and some wonderful art.
