Florencita Street in La Crescenta, a 19-year-old transient man was arrested on a concealed weapons charge after deputies found a loaded gun in his possession. A 19-year-old La Crescenta man who was with him was arrested on suspicion of possession of a narcotic in the 2400 block at 6 p.m. on Monday.

Ocean View Boulevard in La Crescenta, someone spray- painted graffiti on a wall at Ocean View Florist in the 3800 block overnight between Saturday and Sunday.

Rosemont Avenue in La Crescenta, several items were stolen from a vehicle and no pry marks nor forced entry were found in the 5000 block overnight between Saturday and Sunday.

Fairway Avenue in Montrose, a resident reported that when his son returned from school he found the back door open and the home in disarray. Several pieces of jewelry and a guitar were stolen; 2600 block, reported at 3:53 p.m. on Feb. 21.

Fairesta Avenue in La Crescenta, tools were stolen from a locked vehicle parked in the 3000 block overnight between Feb. 20 and Feb. 21.

Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a 41-year-old Hollywood man was arrested on suspicion of taking items from Aaron Brothers Art Store without attempting to pay after witnesses reported they noticed the suspect exiting the store carrying several art items. They reported their suspicions to the store manager.

The Hollywood man entered the store again and overheard their conversation. He quickly left the store. The witnesses gave chase and were able to supply officers with enough information that deputies in Pasadena stopped the Hollywood man’s vehicle.

The incident began in the 400 block at 11 a.m. on Feb. 21.

Encinas Drive in La Cañada, a barbecue was stolen from a resident’s driveway in the 4600 block sometime between Feb. 16 and Feb. 19.
