Engagement:

Patrick and Vicki Mulcahy of La Crescenta have announced the engagement of their daughter Elisabeth Mulcahy to Matt Plunkett of Laguna Niguel at a recent party held at the home of Mark and Monica Wiechmann of Sunland.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Crescenta Valley High School and a graduate of UC Santa Barbara. She is applying for admission to the USC School of Pharmacy with a career goal as a pharmacist.

The groom-elect, son of Stella Plunkett of Laguna Niguel and David Plunkett of Agua Dulce, is a 1997 graduate of Crescenta Valley High School and a graduate of Cal State Long Beach. He is employed by Bank of America as a financial advisor in Laguna Niguel.

A July wedding is planned in Pasadena.
