Brokerage to host home seminar

Glendale-based mortgage brokerage The OCD Group will host a seminar geared toward people mulling whether to remodel, purchase or build a home.

Devon Hartman, owner of HartmanBaldwin Build/Design, a nationally recognized architecture and construction company, will keynote the event.

The seminar starts at 6 p.m. Thursday and will be held at a newly remodeled home at 4917 Burgoyne Lane in La Cañada.

New leases signed in office tower

Real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle announced last week that two new leases totaling 25,519 square feet and valued in excess of $6.3 million have been signed at 505 N. Brand Blvd.

Illinois-based American Imaging Management has signed a new 23,191-square-foot lease to occupy the entire ninth floor at the building for its new operational center in Southern California as part of the firm’s national expansion strategy.

American Imaging Management is targeted to move into the space in June in a long-term transaction valued at $5.8 million, Jones Lang LaSalle reported.

Additionally, production firm Joketown Inc. has signed a new three-year lease to occupy 2,328 square feet of office space on the 10th floor.
