Glendale 76, Muir 46: The visiting Nitros beat powerhouse Muir in a Pacific League meet Wednesday for the first time since 1983.

Glendale’s Frances Pasamba won the 800-meter race in 2 minutes 40 seconds and the 1,600 (5:53). Jennifer Dowty captured the 400 race in 1:01.5 for the Nitros, who got first-place finishes from Samantha Bogatz in the 100 (12.3), Rita Assoian in the long jump (16 feet 11 inches) and Nune Arutyunyan in the 3,200.
