Engagement:

Mr. and Mrs. Alan Frazier have announced the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Erin Kathleen Frazier, to Lt. Nathan Boone of Annandale, Va.

Erin attended St. Bede the Venerable Elementary School and graduated from Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in 2002. She went on to graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a bachelor of science in English. She was commissioned as a second lieutenant upon her graduation in May 2006.

She and her fiancé met at Langley Air Force Base in August 2006.

They were engaged last June while Nathan was in pilot training in Del Rio, Texas.

Nathan, a 2006 graduate of Virginia Tech, received his pilot wings in February. The couple’s wedding will be held at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Richmond, Va., on May 24.

After their marriage, the couple will be moving to their new duty station in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., where Nathan will be flying the AC-130 airframe for Air Force Special Operations Command and Erin will continue her career by taking on the job of chief of Customer Support for nearby Eglin Air Force Base.

Both officers will be promoted to the rank of first lieutenant in June and they look forward to settling in Florida.
