C.V. Sheriff’s station open house is May 10

Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station opens its doors on May 10 for its annual Open House. The event is an opportunity for the community to meet those that serve at the station. Visitors will get a chance to talk to law enforcement and get up close view of a helicopter from the Los Angeles County Aero Bureau. Children will be able to climb into the driver’s seat of a patrol car. It will also be a provide an opportunity for the community to meet the station’s new captain, David Silversparre.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. on May 10. It is located in the station’s back parking lot at 4554 N. Briggs Avenue. Admission is free.
