Zarian to discuss code enforcement

Neighborhood Services Administrator Sam Engel is scheduled to appear live on “The Larry Zarian Show” Thursday to talk about the city's code enforcement issues.

Common complaints about neighbors leaving items like trash and electronics in the public right-of-way, graffiti and other eyesores, and how Engel's department handles them, will take up the majority of the live call-in show.

Engel will also discuss the processes and systems that residents can use to help mitigate the public nuisances.

The show airs at 7 p.m. Thursday on Channel 280. The call-in number is (818) 547-3668.
