Oakmont View Drive in Glendale, a resident returned home to find that the lock on his home door had been broken. Nothing was reported stolen; 3300 block between Oct. 31 and Monday.

Sparr Boulevard in Glendale, a resident reported seeing two men, both described as Hispanic, 5’9” tall with cropped hair, standing on a hill on the other side of a fence that encloses her property. The resident had been having problems with trespassers recently. She overheard the men talking about coming onto her property to vandalize it. She approached them and told them to leave or she would call the police. One of the men threatened her with a knife and she immediately called the police but the men had fled; 3300 block at 4:52 p.m.

Honolulu Avenue and Lowell Avenue in La Crescenta, a 19-year-old Glendale man was arrested on suspicion of a narcotic and a 19-year-old La Crescenta man was arrested on suspicion of transportation and selling narcotics after their vehicle was stopped at 10 p.m. on Sunday.

Mayfield Avenue in Montrose, someone vandalized several areas by spray painted graffiti; 2500 block between Oct. 31 and Sunday.

Oak Grove Drive in La Cañada, a La Cañada High School student reported that she had left her purse in a designated area during the Homecoming Dance and was given a numbered ticket in return. When she went to retrieve her purse at the end of the night it was gone; 4400 block in the evening hours of the dance on Oct. 29.

Altura Avenue and Rosemont Avenue in La Crescenta, a man reported seeing three teenagers in a white Ford Explorer near his truck. When he noticed them they fled south on Rosemont Avenue and he discovered the air compressor was stolen from the back of his truck at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 29.

Monkey Canyon, a La Crescenta woman reported that her purse was stolen and the car’s rear passenger window was smashed while she was hiking in the Angeles National Forest mile marker 18.87 between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Oct. 28.

Hillcrest Avenue in La Cañada, a resident reported that she found the wooden frame of her door broken and partially open but nothing stolen; 600 block between 9:30 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. on Oct. 28.

Ocean View Boulevard in Montrose, a woman’s purse was stolen after she left it unattended on the back of a restaurant chair; 3800 block between 8:30 a.m. and 8:35 a.m. on Oct. 23.

Montrose Avenue in Montrose, someone spray painted graffiti on the wall of a home; 2200 block overnight, Oct. 26-27.
