GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Flintridge Prep 60, Gabrielino 34: Junior guard Megan Musashi finished with 25 points, seven rebounds, five assists, four blocks and four steals on Friday to lift the Rebels in a consolation game of the San Marino Tournament.

Alia Khodadian contributed 12 points for Flintridge Prep, which got eight from Kelsey Merchant.

Flintridge Prep will meet Immaculate Heart or Marshall Fundamental in the tournament’s ninth-place contest at 10:30 a.m. today.

Hoover 46, L.A. Marshall 43: Chelsea Baqueiro led the Tornadoes (2-2) with 22 points and Nela Sarkissian chipped in 10 points to help Hoover to a victory in the fifth-place game of the Hoover Tip-Off Classic on Friday.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

St. Margaret’s 59, Flintridge Prep 54: The Rebels (1-1) led by two going into the fourth quarter on the road on Friday night, when they were outscored by the Tartans, 21-14, leading to the first loss of the season.

Aaron Fried and Edmund Chow each scored 16 points to lead Prep.

GIRLS’ WATER POLO

Pasadena Poly 13, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 5: The visiting Tologs dropped to 0-3 on the season following a nonleague loss Friday.

Olivia Gonzales and Lauren Shonka each scored a pair of goals for Flintridge Sacred Heart, which got one from Claire Mazahery.
