Rose Parade tickets on sale through La Canada float group
David Moffett of La Canada Flintridge Tournament of Roses Association says, “Support your float and order your tickets through LCFTRA. I have tickets at $100 each that are the best seats for the 2009 Rose Parade. They’re on Colorado across from the Norton Simon Museum and below Channel 5. Just call me at 818-952-8456 or email me at yomoff@hotmail.com to make arrangements. You can also order them through our website at www.lcftra.org and pay by credit card. ”
LCFTRA’s Floatique also has Rose Parade programs for sale. You can buy these through the website at www.lcftra.org or go to the float construction site behind Valley Water Co. at 4524 Hampton Road between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday honk at the gate for entry, and ask for Jim Geoghegan. They’re $7 each.
The LCF Public Library entry hall contains a display of other items offered for sale through the Floatique, such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, scarves, caps, beanies, patches, pins, mugs, cookbooks, license plate frames, etc., that would make great Christmas gifts. The library is located at 4545 N. Oakwood Ave., La Canada. The items can also be ordered through the website or obtained at the float construction site.
