BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Mark Keppel 57, Crescenta Valley 47: The Falcons (7-5) took home sixth place in the La Salle/Temple City Holiday Classic with a loss on Tuesday evening at La Salle.

Crescenta Valley was led by Narbeh Ebrahamian’s 16 points and five assists and 17 points and eight rebounds from Coltrane Powdrill.

Freshman forward Christian Misi earned all-tournament honors for Crescenta Valley.

Hoover 58, Franklin 54: Samson Injigulyan led the Tornadoes with 10 points in a consolation-bracket game of the La Salle/Temple City Tournament on Tuesday at La Salle.

Rei Fernandez added nine points for Hoover and Rene Karamian and Narek Abcarian each chipped in eight.

Camarillo 63, Glendale 60: Dion Dehbanian led the Nitros (6-6) with 30 points on a school-record 10 three-point baskets in the seventh-place game of the Hart Tournament on Tuesday.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Flintridge Prep 43, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 29: Megan Musashi scored 29 points, pulled down 12 rebounds and had three steals to lead Prep (6-7) in a La Cañada High New Year’s Ball Tournament win on Tuesday. Deanna Watson finished with 19 rebounds, six steals, three assists and three blocks for the Rebels.

The Tologs dropped to 6-8 on the season.

Riverside Poly 55, Crescenta Valley 43: Cassie Pappas led the Falcons with 16 points in a pool-play game of the Ayala Tournament on Tuesday afternoon.
