Rick Dinger to be installed as president of state association

The new leadership of the Insurance Brokers and Agents of the West (IBA-West) will be installed in Glendale at the association’s annual meeting. The lunch meeting will take place at the Glendale Hilton on Jan. 28. Rick Dinger, president of Crescenta Valley Insurance and IBA-West board member for the past five years, will be installed as president of the association. Speakers at the event will include Glendale Mayor John Drayman, former Assembly Majority Leader Dario Frommer and a key note address by the CEO and founder of Mercury Insurance, George Joseph.

When asked about his new position, Dinger said, “It is an honor to be nominated and elected to this position. I will do my best to represent the best interests of not only our association but the interests of businesses and individuals that buy insurance in California.”

IBA-WEST is the leading producer association in the Western United States for Insurance brokers and agents and represents more than 900 firms in California, Washington and Oregon and more than 14,000 insurance professionals.
