Belair Drive in La Cañada, computer software, paintings, baskets and a digital camera were stolen from a garage in the 4300 block between Dec. 23 and Jan. 4.

Hampstead Road in La Cañada, every room in a home was ransacked and a television, iPod and camera were stolen from the 3900 block between Dec. 29 and Saturday.

Parasio Way in La Crescenta, a plastic sheep was stolen from a Nativity scene that was in the driveway in the 3000 block between 2:25 and 7:10 p.m. on Jan. 3.

Starlight Crest Drive in La Cañada, a man reported he heard a noise coming from his driveway. He walked onto his balcony and witnessed two unknown people near his vehicle in the driveway. One suspect was reaching into his car through the front driver’s side window and the other was looking into the front passenger’s window. Two bags and a sweater were stolen from the 200 block at 5:05 a.m. on Saturday.

Sugarloaf Drive in La Cañada, a resident reported that while he was at home he heard a noise and witnessed a suspect described as 16 to 20 years old wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans walk up to the family room door of his home and attempt to open it. Once the suspect saw the resident, he ran through the backyard, where two other suspects were waiting. All three ran out of the backyard to a waiting black Yukon with tinted rear window and silver rimmed wheels where a fourth suspect was waiting; 1400 block at 12:39 p.m. on Saturday.

Burgoyne Lane in La Cañada, a resident reported entering his home to find every room ransacked, nothing was stolen in the 4800 block between Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.

Ocean View Boulevard in La Cañada, an iPod was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 5200 block overnight, Dec. 29-30.

La Cañada Crest in La Cañada, the front driver’s side window was smashed and a cardboard box with $420 in coins was stolen from a vehicle in the 2100 block overnight, Dec. 29 and 30.

Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, an employee reported seeing two men acting suspiciously outside the Vons Market. According to the employee, the men were in a dark blue Toyota Camry. They drove past the south entrance of the market, then reversed their vehicle to the entrance. They did this several times, all the while looking around. Then the passenger got out of the car and entered Vons. A short time later he exited the market holding a plastic shopping basket with six or seven bottles of liquor which he did not attempt to pay for. We got into the vehicle and drove off in the 600 block at 1:25 p.m. on Dec. 29.

Paraiso Way in La Crescenta, a statue of the baby Jesus was stolen from a Nativity scene that was in a driveway in the 3000 block overnight, Dec. 29-30.

Orangedale Avenue in Montrose, a tailgate was stolen from a Toyota pick-up trunk in the 3900 block overnight, Dec. 29-30.
