Turned in a stellar fifth-place finish in the Pacific League finals to earn all-league first-team honors. Was the No. 3 or 4 runner for the Falcons the majority of the season, turning in an impressive time of 18:56 at the Mt. SAC Invitational.

Finished in 18:18 at Southern Section finals and 18:40 at state meet.

Coach of the Year

Mark Evans,

Crescenta Valley

With the losses of Claire Collison and Rachel Lange, two of the greatest girls’ cross-country runners in area history, the Falcons were counted out by many. But Evans navigated his squad to a fourth straight CIF-State Division I appearance, where the Falcons took sixth. It came after the Falcons had previously finished third in CIF Southern Section Division I, won their sixth straight Pacific League title and held tight to a top-five spot in the division rankings throughout.
