‘Heartwork’ exhibit coming to La Cañada

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, ChocolateBox Café in La Cañada is hosting “Heartwork,” a gourmet chocolate and fine art event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13.

Local artist Seda created “Heartwork,” a unique event for lovers of all ages, featuring “Poetry, Prose & Rose” paintings by Seda and live art paired with exquisite handmade Belgian chocolates.

ChocolateBox Café takes pride in being “all things delightful”: a purveyor of imported, handmade chocolate sourced from artisanal chocolate makers throughout Europe. ChocolateBox Café was named “Best Chocolate Bliss” by L.A. Weekly Magazine. In addition to a storefront, ChocolateBox offers custom designed chocolate ganache squares imprinted with a company logo or design of choice, including ornate initials that are perfect for wedding or anniversary celebrations. ChocolateBox can also host any special occasion, making it a memorable event.

“Heartwork” was created by Seda, an artist and entertainment designeras a celebration for love. Although she has always worked in different disciplines, for the past eight years have rekindled her first love of painting.
