Crescenta Valley girls’ soccer beat Hoover for a second time this year, this time at Hoover, 3-1.

The Falcons (15-1-4, 11-0 in Pacific league play) played their game and took a 2-1 lead at half and

Brittani Dearman, Amanda Johnson and Frances Boukidis had a goal each. Dearman added an assist, as did Jordan Royer and Danny Cardenas.

The win comes off the heels of the victory over Pasadena last Friday, which the Falcons also won 3-1. Royer scored two goals.

The win over Hoover clinched the Pacific league title for the Falcons, who will likely get a great seeding in CIF.

They’ll have to get past second-place Burbank (13-6, 8-3), though, before they celebrate, whom they’ll play against, at Burbank, Feb. 10.
