CLUB DONATES TREE TO PEDIATRIC WARD

The La Crescenta Woman's Club donated a Christmas tree decorated in pink and blue to the pediatric unit of the City of Hope in December. The ornaments included several soft Mr. Potato Head toys and large stuffed animals were placed under the tree.

Patricia Junker, local volunteer at large, delivered the gift to the hospital on the evening of the Annual Pajama Party given for the children by Ileana Geestman, founder of the Desi Geestman Foundation. Tracy Frey, proprietor of Frank's Kitchen and Bakery, catered the party.
