“What you focus on expands.”

At the Crescenta Valley Chamber we are focusing on the 4th annual Hometown Country Fair and it is expanding into such a great weekend of family fun entertainment. It is being held Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25 at Crescenta Valley Park on the corner of Dunsmore and Honolulu avenues.

Friday evening includes carnival rides for the whole family, entertainment, an old fashioned family barbecue and refreshments, including beer and wine for those over 21 years of age. The carnival rides start right after school at 3 p.m. and at 4 p.m. the barbecue starts cooking up hamburgers and hot dogs for a family dinner filled with entertainment, live bands and fun until 9:30 p.m.

On Saturday, the fun starts back up at 10 a.m. with a full day of entertainment provided by dance troops, singers, bands, martial arts, pets parades and much more. There will be arts and crafts vendors, a fabulous car show, carnival rides, a silent auction, and even the big bad wolf (and other animals from the Wildlife Way Station) will be coming back for the second year in a row. There will be so much to do, so come early and stay all day as the fair continues until 6 p.m.

This is the 4th annual Hometown County Fair and it really has expanded into such a great way for the entire community to come out and enjoy a day in this beautiful city in which we live. So come join us on Friday, April 24 from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. 6 p.m. For more information and to view our flier, please visit www.LaCrescenta.org or call our office.
