Lt. Col. Raffi G. Najarian, a dental officer in the California National Guard, is the honorary keynote speaker. The 94th annual Memorial Day Program will be at 1 p.m. at Forest Lawn-Glendale, 1712 S. Glendale Ave., Glendale. The Memorial March will begin at the Little Church of the Flowers and proceed to the burial site of a soldier who served in the Civil War.
