Community Baccalaureate
La Crescenta Presbyterian Church will present its 2009 La Crescenta Baccalaureate Service at 4 p.m. on June 14.
The church will be hosting this ecumenical Christian celebration of local high school graduates — the first of its kind in many years in La Crescenta.
Families and friends of graduating seniors are encouraged to attend. Prayers and music will be led by students and pastors from area churches, and youth pastor Rev. Chuck Hunt from Palos Verdes will give the keynote.
A reception will follow the service.

First Baptist Church, La Crescenta presents a men’s breakfast the third Saturday (the next is July 25) each month at 7:30 a.m. Enjoy a great breakfast and devotion. The cost for breakfast is $5. After breakfast there will be an opportunity to do odd jobs around the houses of those who need it.
