TODAY: Pepper steak, buttered noodles, broccoli and cauliflower, marinated tomato and bell peppers, whole wheat bread and birthday cake.

THURSDAY: Cobb salad, salad fixings, black eye peas and corn, vegetable soup, wheat roll and fresh strawberries.

FRIDAY Fish or Polish sausage, au gratin potatoes, carrots, romaine lettuce salad, whole wheat roll and orange pineapple cup.

SATURDAY: (Lunch served only at the Adult Recreation Center and Sparr Heights Community Center.) Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, confetti coleslaw, lentil soup, wheat bread and an apple.

SUNDAY: (Lunch served only at the Adult Recreation Center.) Beef stew, all stew veggies in entree, tossed salad, corn bread, orange juice and canned fruit cocktail.

MONDAY: Chicken ala Morrison, fluffy brown rice, fiesta green beans, tossed salad, wheat bread and fresh strawberries.

TUESDAY: Beef stroganoff, buttered noodles, Harvard beets, coleslaw, whole wheat bread and chocolate cake or fruit.
