Bob Hope writer to appear on Zarian show

Robert Mills, a key joke writer for Bob Hope, is scheduled to appear live Thursday on “The Larry Zarian Show” to give a behind-the-scenes look at how the comic legend operated.

Mills wrote material for Hope and is uniquely positioned to give details about how the comic prepared for tours and shows.

Dan Evans, editor of the Glendale News-Press, is scheduled to appear this evening on the “ABCTV Live with Vrej Agajanian.”

Evans, who is also the editor of the Burbank Leader, La Cañada Valley Sun and Brand X magazine, is slated to discuss the community news industry and its role in the region.
