AREA 1: 100 block of North Isabel Street

Victor Vandecar, 34, was arrested Oct. 8 on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

1500 block of East Broadway

Roxanne Loyola, 24, was arrested Oct. 9 on a warrant for failing to appear in court or pay a fine.

East Colorado Street and South Verdugo Road

Matthew Britt, 23, was arrested Oct. 9 on warrants for possessing marijuana and failing to appear in court or pay a fine.

Ventura (134) Freeway and North Glendale Avenue

Tigran Matevosyan, 35, was arrested Oct. 9 on suspicion of receiving known stolen property.

300 block of Los Feliz Road

Norman Platt, 41, was arrested Oct. 9 on suspicion of being drunk in public.

Daniel Medina, 27, was arrested Oct. 8 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

Emil Khanlarian, 26, was arrested Oct. 10 on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, and allegedly cultivating and possessing marijuana for sale and use.
