Gordon Eldridge Thompson of Montrose, Ca. passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 13th at the age of 85 after a short but difficult struggle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary B. Thompson, his daughters Anna Dermedy and Karen Hammerschmidt, his son Gordon Thompson, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by all. No funeral or memorial services are scheduled at this time.
