Legal documents firm LegalZoom agreed to add to its Glendale footprint by leasing 5,000 square feet in the ground floor of the 12-story Galleria Office Tower at 100 W. Broadway, according to commercial real estate firm Charles Dunn Co.
LegalZoom moved its headquarters last year from Los Angeles to two floors in the building at 101 N. Brand, one block from the Galleria tower.
Connecticut-based Travelers Insurance also agreed to a new five-year lease at the Galleria tower and expanded its office from 16,000- to 19,000-square feet. Glendale law firm Baker, Olson, LeCroy and Danielian agreed to a seven-year lease renewal on its 6,000 square feet, according to Charles Dunn Co.
The 140,000-square-foot Galleria tower now is fully leased.
“Given the high market vacancy rate, the competition to renew existing office tenants, as well as attract new tenants, is extremely fierce,” Charles Dunn Co. agent Linda Lee said in a statement. “The Galleria Office Tower is a well-located, high-profile building that has a longstanding reputation for being well managed.”
Lee and fellow Glendale broker Bill Boyd secured the deals.
