Dianna Jean Schneider passed away unexpectedly on April 6, 2011 in Glendale, California. Dianna was born

September 8, 1951 to Evelyn Strovas and Joseph A. Schneider in Pueblo, Colorado. Caring and sweet-natured, Dianna met and took all of life’s challenges in stride with a positive attitude and willingness to find a little humor and the spirit of goodness in her journey. This spirit of goodness was reflected in her art and love for life. Dianna grew up and spent her early life in Pueblo and Black Diamond Colorado. She had an interest and passion in Southwest artifacts and traveled extensively exploring the Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico mountains. Dianna Jean is survived by her mother Evelyn Schneider; Glendale, California, sister Dr. Sandra L. Schneider, San Antonio, Texas; brother Ronald J. Schneider, Pueblo, Colorado; nephews Andrew and Jeffrey Schneider, Denver Colorado; long time friend and sole-mate Michael Scruggs, good friends Cheryl and Tom Muller and Francesca Davidoff and numerous cousins. The life of the physical body is brief, but the spirit is immortal.

Service and interment were held on Tuesday, April 11, 2011 at the Graveside at 1:00pm; Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, California.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the DJ Schneider Memorial Fund, POB 3, Helotes, TX 78023 or in the name of Dianna J. Schneider to the Martha Ray Breast Cancer Center, Glendale, CA.
