William Kirk died June 25. He was 68.
Born May 18, 1943, in Glendale, Kirk graduated from Glendale High School in 1961 and attended Glendale Community College, where he was captain of the baseball team in 1964.
He was the recipient of the Inspector General’s Integrity Award in 1990 for his work with the FBI in a landmark case for the Medicare program.
He is survived by his wife, Socorro Kirk; daughters Heather K. Stephens, Karyn D. Soh, and Kristina M. Kirk; son William R. Kirk, Jr.; and six grandchildren.
