Chapjian a late All-Star selection

Glendale Angelenos outfielder Sako Chapjian was added to the California Collegiate League All-Star team over the weekend following a big game on Friday night.

After slugging two home runs, including a walk-off grand slam, in the Angelenos’ 10-7 win over the Conejo Oaks, the former Hoover High and Glendale Community College standout was a last-minute addition to the rosters released Friday morning by Commissioner Pat Burns.
