Burbank police evacuate residents, respond to man making threats on rooftop [Updated]

Burbank police have started evacuating residents in the area of Wyoming Avenue and Lima Street after a man reportedly made threats from a rooftop.

Police have also started to shut down streets near the incident and have called in K9 units as they respond to the scene. It was not immediately known who the man allegedly threatened, or if any weapons were involved.

[Updated 4:20 p.m.: Police have reportedly arrested the man, who briefly barricaded himself in a home on the 1500 block of Wyoming Avenue. Officers have yet to enter the house. It was not immediately known if hostages were involved.]
