818 Hot Tips: Call to local artists and a free seminar

The Glendale Art Assn. invites artists from Glendale and neighboring communities to take part in a juried exhibition from Oct. 4 through Oct. 30 at Whites Art Framing and Restoration Gallery, 2414 Honolulu Ave., Montrose.
