Zorthian Ranch site of New L.A. Folk Festival

The shade of Jirayr Zorthian was no doubt smiling as his Altadena Eden, the Zorthian Ranch, was the scene of the second New L.A. Folk Festival. Just as in the ranch’s heyday, hipsters, bohos, creative people and gorgeous young women were abudant (albeit with more clothes -- and more tattoos -- than the nymphs of his fabled Primavera birthday parties).
