Police Report - September 12, 2011

The following were taken from daily booking reports from the Glendale Police Department.

AREA 1

100 block of East Palmer Avenue

Mireya Espinoza, 35, was arrested Sept. 5 on suspicion of domestic battery.

West Broadway and Eagledale Avenue

David Knapton, 44, was arrested Sept. 5 on suspicion of vandalism, battery on a police officer and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

200 block of North Glendale Avenue

Jamason Delaney, 42, was arrested Sept. 6 on suspicion of stalking, making criminal threats and violating a protective order.

East Chevy Chase Drive and South Glendale Avenue

Jesus Galdamez, 19, was arrested Sept. 6 on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale.

Jose Garcia, 19, was arrested Sept. 6 on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale.

Brand Boulevard and Colorado Street

Edward Dixon, 31, was arrested Sept. 6 on suspicion of battery and resisting arrest.

South Adams Street and East Lomita Avenue

Aghasi Melikian, 28, was arrested Sept. 7 on suspicion of grand theft of access cards and identity theft.

East Broadway and South Everett Street

Kenneth Stewart., 71, was arrested Sept. 7 on suspicion of stalking and violating a restraining order.

AREA 2

East Alameda Avenue and San Fernando Road

Todd Maugh, 35, was arrested Sept. 6 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and outstanding warrants for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and violating a promise to appear in court or pay a fine.

Western Avenue and Golden State (5) Freeway

Renee Adams, 30, was arrested Sept. 7 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

AREA 3

1800 block of Shearer Lane

Claudia Zamudio, 31, was arrested Sept. 5 on suspicion of battery on a police officer and resisting arrest, possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

FOR THE RECORD: A previous version of this post incorrectly named Alicia Brown as being arrested on the 1800 block of Shearer Lane. Authorities say Claudia Zamudio gave police the bogus name when she was arrested at the Shearer address.

East Glenoaks Boulevard and Harvey Drive

Jose Chicas, 33, was arrested Sept. 6 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Alejandro Lizarraga, 23, was arrested Sept. 6 on an outstanding warrant for reckless driving.

AREA 4

La Crescenta Avenue

Jesse Latt, 27, was arrested Sept. 5 on an outstanding warrant for domestic battery.
