Another round of heavier rain expected later this week

Clear skies may be back, but don't expect daytime temperatures to get past the low-70s through Thursday, when another weather system promises to bring a fresh round of rain, according to the National Weather Service.

Overnight lows will also remain chilly ahead of the next storm, which is expected to roll in Thursday evening and produce rain through Sunday. Snow is also likely for the higher elevations of Angeles National Forest.
