Campaign sign misspells “commitment”

Campaign signs for La Cañada Unified School Board candidate Ellen Multari’s are large, easy to read, and contains the catchy slogan “committed to excellence” -- though the first word has an extra “m.”

Multari’s signs have a black background with yellow and white lettering. It shows her name, the office she is seeking and the phrase “commmitted to excellence.”

In an interview, Multari acknowledged the error, and said she only noticed the problem late last week.
