Crescenta Valley Water District race remains close

Charles Beatty is clinging to a razor-thin margin of two votes for the two-year term on the Crescenta Valley Water District board of directors. With 44% of the vote counted, Beatty has 379 votes to Ken Putnam’s 377 votes.
