Garage fire causes $50,000 worth of damage

Burbank and Glendale fire officials responded to a garage fire on Alameda Avenue just east of Glenoaks Boulevard.

The fire, which occured within Glendale city limits, caused $50,000 worth of damage, officials said. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but no firefighters or civilians were injuried.
