Six motorists were arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a sobriety patrol operation, police said.

Glendale and South Pasadena police officers scoured the city as part of the “Avoid the 100” crackdown on DUI drivers.

They stopped 64 vehicles and directed 21 field sobriety tests, according to Glendale Police Sgt. Michael Glassick. A vehicle was impounded during the operation.

Another two drivers were arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license, he said.
