San Marino man pleads not guilty on drug charges

A San Marino man was arrested in Arkansas after a search by state police resulted in the discovery of 12 pounds of marijuana and other drugs, the Crawford County Press Argus reported. Allen Ma, 50, and Conan Kwok, 31, of Monterey, were arrested Nov. 6, and have since pleaded not guilty to the charges.
