Men evade police after stealing watches
Police are searching for two men who allegedly stole $250 worth of watches Monday afternoon from Sears and pushed store security guards as they fled the store.
Loss-prevention officials at the store noticed the men just after 2:30 p.m. swiping watches and then attempting to leave, Glendale Police Sgt. Tom Lorenz said.
The men pushed the store employees away and fled, prompting a search of a nearby parking structure on Orange Street.
A Glendale police helicopter and K-9 units searched the area but did not find the men.
