Expect rain, more cold weather this weekend

It’s just going to get colder and wet later this week, with temperatures expected to drop as rain showers move in on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

Biting cold under sunny skies will stick around through Saturday, with daytime temperatures hovering in the low-60s, but come Sunday, the mercury is expected to dip into the 50s and clouds will bring a slight chance of rain, the weather service said.

A 30% chance of rain will linger through Tuesday, as overnight lows continue to stay in the mid-30s.
