Let the business students figure it out

Regarding the potential move to privatize the cafeteria at Glendale Community College (“GCC board rethinking money-losing cafeteria,” Dec. 13), give this project to your business administration students and let them apply their knowledge to come up with a proposal of various ideas. This will benefit the students and the school, as well.

There is no doubt that there is a need for dining options on any school campus — look at what the problem is and provide possible solutions. Come up with innovations to not only the layout of the facility, but also the food. Offer products that will cater to all students.

There are numerous options to enable the area to become a revenue producing item on the books.
