Long time Burbank resident, Frances Bollinger LaBarbera Eisleben, passed away on Dec. 9 in Atascadero, CA. Frances was born on November 24, 1935 in New York City. She grew up in Malverne NY.Fran is preceeded in death by her parents Charles and Frances Bollinger and her sister Weezy Bollinger DeGoski. She is survived by her only child Arlee, her husband Steve Ross, and their daughters, Taylor & Avery. After graduating from Malverne High School, Fran married John LaBarbera and moved west. Fran was an office manager for American Can Corporation & James River. She enjoyed arts and crafts, ceramics and music. When Fran became GranFran, she moved to Olympia, WA and then to Atascadero, CA to be near her granddaughters. For the past six years Fran was well taken care of by the dedicated staff at Danish Care in Atascadero. The family requests that donations be made in Fran’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
