Another thank you for late congressman

One more praise to add to the well-deserved tribute to Carlos Moorhead.

As congressman, he voted for the Americans with Disabilities Act, spurring ramps to bypass impossible steps, curb cuts, wheelchair-accessible restrooms and more.

Families with disabled loved ones are eternally grateful. The law improved the quality of life for the whole family.
