City should not use outside legal help

We are all trying to save during these bad recessionary times. Why doesn’t the city of Glendale join us?

Instead, the city is doling out large sums of money to outside law firms to handle some of its legal cases.

Glendale has a whole host of attorneys, paralegals and other office staff. Yet the city continues to use the services of outside law firms.

Wasteful!
