Police seek van driver who exposed himself to passerby

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who harassed and exposed himself Friday to a 26-year-old woman, police said.

The woman was walking east about 3:22 p.m. on the 1600 block of West Glenoaks Boulevard, when she heard a man in a passenger van yell at her, according to Glendale police reports.

When she approached the van’s right passenger door window, it was rolled down and the man was holding his naked penis, police said.

The woman quickly walked away and notified police of the incident.

She described the man’s van as dark blue with an “Express” logo on the rear. The man was described as Latino and in his 30s to early 40s.
