Glendale DUI checkpoint yields 4 arrests

Four motorists were arrested Friday during a sobriety checkpoint on Brand Boulevard in Glendale, police said.

Three motorists were taken into custody at the checkpoint on Brand Boulevard and Milford Street on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to Glendale police. Another motorist was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license.

Of the 660 vehicles that were stopped during the checkpoint, police screened 30 vehicles and administered 18 field sobriety tests.
