Theft: 1100 block of Fremont Avenue, 5:30 a.m. or earlier. Bicycle stolen from front porch.
Theft: 1800 block of Alpha Street, 6 a.m. or earlier. Box of fruit stolen from front porch.
Recovered vehicle, 1300 block of Kolle Avenue, 4 p.m. 1996 Honda stolen out of Los Angeles found parked on street.
May 17
Auto burglary: 280 block of Fremont Avenue, 7:45 a.m. or earlier. Window smashed, in-dash stereo/GPS, amplifier, subwoofer, headphones and car seat taken.
May 18
Concealed weapon: Fair Oaks Avenue at Monterey Road, 1:13 a.m. South Pasadena resident stopped for traffic violation arrested for DUI, possessing concealed weapon.
Theft: 736 Mission Street, 8:50 a.m. or earlier. Lock to air/water machine at Arco cut, coins taken.
Auto burglary: 1600 block of Fremont Avenue, 11:05 a.m. or earlier. Window smashed, stereo stolen from Volkswagen Golf.
Auto theft: 1800 block of Ramona Avenue, 12:50 p.m. or earlier. Registration tags taken from car.
May 19
Identity theft: 300 block of Monterey Road: Victim responds to employment email, accepts money for deposit into a bank account and then transfers it to Serbia. Bank halts attempted second transaction, suspecting fraud.
Residential burglary: 700 block of Prospect Avenue, 10:10 p.m. Resident finds undressed male looking at a computer in his garage. Police arrest man, 25, from Pasadena.
May 20
Domestic dispute: 1800 block of Hanscom Drive, 5 p.m. Father grabs son during an argument.
May 21
Burglary: 606 Fair Oaks Ave., 2:26 p.m. Suspect takes liquor from Bristol Farms, sees police outside and tries to return it. Police arrest man, 50, from Pasadena.
Fraud: 1700 block of Grevelia Street, 2:45 p.m. Victim takes call from woman claiming to be granddaughter in need of money. Victim wires money, finds out later caller was not a grandchild.
Burglary: 452 Fair Oaks Ave., 4 p.m. Suspect takes power tools from Orchard Supply Hardware. Employee follows suspect to nearby apartment building, calls police. Police recover tools. No arrest made.
Theft: 1100 block of Buena Vista Street, 6 p.m. or earlier. Baby stroller taken from side yard.
May 22
Attempted burglary: 700 block of Brent Avenue, 3 p.m. Suspects kick in front door, nothing taken.
